I can’t sign in, or I have no organization
The apps sign you in to an existing Pragma account. Organizations are created on the web: go to app.pragma.pm, create your organization, then sign in to the app with the same email address. If a colleague invited you, sign in with the address the invitation was sent to.
Does the app work offline?
Items and comments you add without a connection are kept on the phone and sent when the connection comes back. Deleting your account needs a connection.
How do I record a meeting?
Tap +, then Record a meeting, then Start recording. Recording continues while the screen is locked. When you stop and save, the audio is sent to Pragma, which turns it into a transcript, a summary and suggested actions, listed under Meeting recordings.
The widget or Siri shows nothing
The My Day widget and Siri (iPhone) read what the app has synced to the phone. Open the app and sign in once, then they show your work.
Where are the timeline and the planning views?
On the web, at app.pragma.pm. The apps are built for the day’s work: what is assigned to you, notifications, quick capture, comments and meeting recordings.
How do I get a copy of my data?
On the web: Settings › Privacy & data › Export my data.
Delete your Pragma account
This applies to your account in Pragma on the web and in the Pragma apps (“Pragma — Project Management”, by DappIT). Deleting your account erases your profile and signs you out of Pragma everywhere. It cannot be undone.
In the app
- iPhone: Settings tab › Delete account, then confirm.
- Android: More › Settings › Delete account, then confirm.
Before anything is deleted, the screen lists what happens to each organization you belong to. The phone needs a connection.
Without the app
Email contact@pragma.pm from the address of your Pragma account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We reply to confirm before deleting anything, and complete the deletion within one month of your request.
If you own an organization other people use
Make one of them the owner first, on the web under Settings › Members. Until then the account cannot be deleted, so nobody else’s work disappears with it.
What is deleted
- Your profile: name, email address, phone number and settings.
- Your membership of every organization and team, and the permissions you were given.
- Your notifications, watched items, notification preferences and the phones registered to receive them.
- Every meeting recording you made, in every organization: audio, transcript and suggestions, including the transcription provider’s copy.
- Any mailbox you connected to Pragma.
- Organizations where you are the only person, with everything in them: projects, items, comments, files and recordings.
- On the phone: everything the app kept there, including meeting audio not yet sent.
What is kept, and for how long
- Your contributions to organizations shared with other people — items, comments, time entries — stay with that organization, as long as it keeps them. They no longer point to your profile. The same holds for the organization’s activity history, kept for the period its subscription sets (7 days to unlimited).
- Invoicing records of a subscription you paid for: 10 years, as French commercial law requires.
- Encrypted backups: up to 30 days, after which they are overwritten.
- Your sign-in identity at our authentication provider (Ory) is not yet removed automatically: signing in again with the same address starts a new, empty account. Write to contact@pragma.pm and we remove it.
